Jonathan founded Radar Group in 2001 after 10 years working in corporate finance, accounting and stock broking in London. He was instrumental in developing and growing Radars proxy solicitation and shareholder engagement business which is now recognised as a market leader within its field. He brings a wealth of experience to IRM including investor relations and strategic investor communications advice.

Rhys' career spans several years in digital agencies in senior production roles. He has managed branding/corporate identity campaigns, web design projects, interactive projects and printed corporate brochures. Rhys has also consulted in several creative/technical roles and as a web designer and developer, primarily focused on investment/online trading solutions. Rhys enjoys delving into the heart of each client's requirements, providing exceptional solutions that exceed expectations. His experience has come from several industries and disciplines, including engineering, online and sales.

Clair Mayhew

Clair has extensive Account Management experience spanning over 10 years.  Working as a National Training and Account Manager role within the Mortgage Broking  & Finance industry. Clair's core responsibilities at IRM are to ensure client relationships are nurtured and that client requirements are met to IRM standards.  Clair's previous experience allows her to continue to grow the relationships with existing IRM clients and also ensure that client's online investor communications meet best practice guidelines
