We wanted to effectively communicate in a more user friendly and interactive manner with our current investors, potential investors and wider stakeholder groups. The IRM solution enables us to do this. It completely moves away from traditional, page turning PDFs which are slow and clunky and provides people with the ability to feel engaged whilst providing them with an interactive and enjoyable web experience.

Also, with shareholders now having to opt in to receive our hard copy Annual Report, providing an online Annual Report makes it as user friendly as possible meaning that less people are bound to opt in for a hard copy version which in turn helps us to cut down on costs associated with our print run.

We worked closely with IRM to ensure that when our final version of the Annual Report went over to the printers it also went across to IRM where it was scheduled in to be worked on. The IRM team then set about turning it online so that when we released our Annual Report to the ASX, another announcement was made shortly after with the online version.
