Emails and subscriber groups
Did you know you could customise your email alert templates? This way you can choose the format that best represents your company when sending messages.
You can also create custom mailshots using the compose new mail feature. Great for sending batches of email to your subscriber groups. And you can add multiple subscriber groups for your various audiences.
Why settle for boring announcement pages when you can update its design and layout? Part of keeping things fresh and relevant. You can even separate your announcements over multiple pages.
Are you using keywords to tailor how your news is shared? Appointing specific keywords will determine how announcements will be sent out when the keywords are used in their title.
For example, you set “Presentation” as a keyword. Any announcements using that keyword in its title will go directly to the presentations page of your website, as you’ve prearranged it. It can go to a specific subscriber group or posted on your social media accounts, depending on your predetermined options.
Leave the guesswork behind. You can use PDF icons or thumbnails to show users what file they’ll be accessing.
Blog and other feeds
