Newsroom Email Subscriber Groups

Description:

The email subscriber database can be divided into multiple subscriber groups, and each IRM Newsroom Distribution Channel can select one or more groups to be recipients of the email alert.
For a particular news item, you can override the default distribution groups in the Distribution Channels, giving all the flexibility you need.

Features:

When registering for email alerts on your website, subscribers can choose which subjects they are interested in (for example, for which list pages they want to be notified about the new articles).
Alternatively, you can upload groups of subscribers to the subscriber database in their subscriber groups, or you can individually change each one.
When you send an email alert, regardless of the source of the alert, you can choose which subscriber group(s) are to receive the email. Make the choise in the Newsroom Distribution Channels defaults, or for each news item separately, the choice is yours.

Individual IRM Newsroom Premium features do not attract separate ongoing charges. There may be time charged to your support plan to set up the feature in your instance of Newsroom.
