Life as an investor relations person is busy and stressful. There are so many things to achieve in the annual calendar. Double check it, ensuring the addresses are all in the BCC field (and not the To field!) and then send the email. Wait while the emails are sent one at a time, while dealing with bouncebacks and unsubscribes on the side.
5. Finally, post the announcement in your company’s social media channels too.
What a frustrating and time-consuming process!
