IRM designs, builds and supports about 180 Australian listed companies with investor websites and associated online tools and services that enhance the investor experience. With the recent strong market and surge of IPOs, including supporting about 15 IPOs so far this year, we have additional needs and are expanding our staff numbers.
As we serve clients all over Australia, we are planning to have Client Relations staff in four major cities - adding team members in Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth to our Sydney-based crew. We endeavour to provide a stronger on the ground presence for all our clients on top of our services as a well-equipped virtual organisation.
Our Account Managers will interface with subject matter experts and technical staff to ensure consistent high quality and profitable service delivery. While based entirely at home and mostly online, they regularly have face-to-face meetings with client executives, managers, and admin staff in their city offices.
