IRM provides Support Plans for various levels of involvement and with various features on a monthly subscription basis. This table sets out the Support Plans, features and pricing that apply to new and many existing clients. Existing clients on legacy plans will be progressively migrated.

For technical support of WordPress websites, whether hosted by IRM or by third parties, you can choose to have the work done under a regular Support Plan, or you can add the WordPress Site Support Plan to benefit from a fixed low price for ongoing site support.

Consulting Services are charged to Support Plan
Individual invoices for each support task / project    
Invoice amount based on time spent by resource type    
Projects can be (part) charged to Support Plan  
Support hours pre-purchased in blocks of 10    
Auto-top up invoice if hours balance drops below 4    
All hours charged at standard rate for support/admin    
Unused pre-paid support hours visible in HQi    
Unused pre-paid support expires after six months    
Allowance max 5 hours per month / 50 hours per year    
Hours used and available visible through HQi    
Unused premium support hours expire each 1 January
